How Extras Appear on Forms

Additional extras are displayed on the GOV PDF agreement form in Step 5: Setting & Attendance. This ensures parents are fully informed about all charges before signing the funding agreement.

Additional Charges Disclosure

A notice appears on the agreement form explaining:

  • Government funding covers free hours only
  • Additional charges apply for optional extras
  • Parents should be informed of costs before agreeing

Tip: Keep extras up-to-date so parents always see accurate charges on their funding agreements.
