How to create and configure funding periods

Creating a New Period

  1. Go to Admin > Funding Periods
  2. Click 'Add Period'
  3. Enter the period name (e.g., 'Spring 2025')
  4. Set the year and term
  5. Enter start date, end date, and submission deadline
  6. Save the period

Setting the Active Period

When a new term begins:

  1. Open the new period
  2. Click 'Set as Active'
  3. The previous period will be deactivated

Tip: Create the next term's period before the current one ends to ensure smooth transitions.
