How to create and configure funding periods

Creating a New Period
- Go to Admin > Funding Periods
- Click 'Add Period'
- Enter the period name (e.g., 'Spring 2025')
- Set the year and term
- Enter start date, end date, and submission deadline
- Save the period
Setting the Active Period
When a new term begins:
- Open the new period
- Click 'Set as Active'
- The previous period will be deactivated
Tip: Create the next term's period before the current one ends to ensure smooth transitions.
