Authorised Signatory

Set up the person who signs funding agreements on behalf of the nursery:

  1. Navigate to the nursery's settings page
  2. Enter the Authorised Signatory Name (e.g., 'Jane Smith')
  3. Enter the Authorised Signatory Title (e.g., 'Manager', 'Owner', 'Director')
  4. Upload a signature image (PNG format recommended, transparent background)
  5. Save the nursery settings

This signature appears on signed funding agreements in the provider declaration section.

Custom Agreement Terms

Add nursery-specific or local authority-specific terms to the GOV agreement form:

  1. Navigate to the nursery's settings page
  2. Enable 'Include Custom Terms in Agreement'
  3. Optionally enter a custom title (defaults to 'Additional Terms and Conditions')
  4. Enter your custom terms, policies, or local authority requirements in the text area
  5. Save the nursery settings

Custom terms appear as Step 6 in the GOV PDF agreement form. When custom terms are included, the Declaration section becomes Step 7 instead of Step 6.

Tip: Use custom terms to include any additional policies required by your local authority or nursery-specific consent items.

Assigning Staff

When creating user accounts, assign them to their nursery using the Nursery Assignments table. Staff can only see children and submissions for their assigned nurseries. See User Management for detailed instructions.
