How to send submissions to parents for completion

Sending to Parents

Once a submission is ready, you can send it to the parent for completion.

Steps to Send

  1. Open the submission from the submissions list
  2. Review that all pre-filled information is correct
  3. Click 'Send to Parent'
  4. Select notification method (Email, SMS, or both)
  5. Confirm the send

What Parents Receive

Parents receive:

  • A notification (email/SMS) with a secure link
  • Instructions on what they need to complete
  • A deadline for completion

Resending Notifications

If a parent hasn't received or has lost their link, you can resend the notification from the submission detail page.

Tip: Check the parent's contact details are correct before sending. You can update them in the child's profile.
