How to send submissions to parents for completion

Sending to Parents
Once a submission is ready, you can send it to the parent for completion.
Steps to Send
- Open the submission from the submissions list
- Review that all pre-filled information is correct
- Click 'Send to Parent'
- Select notification method (Email, SMS, or both)
- Confirm the send
What Parents Receive
Parents receive:
- A notification (email/SMS) with a secure link
- Instructions on what they need to complete
- A deadline for completion
Resending Notifications
If a parent hasn't received or has lost their link, you can resend the notification from the submission detail page.
Tip: Check the parent's contact details are correct before sending. You can update them in the child's profile.
