Submission Workflow Stages
Each funding submission progresses through several stages:
1
Draft
Initial creation. Staff can edit all details.
2
Sent to Parent
Parent receives notification to review and complete the declaration.
3
Parent In Progress
Parent is actively completing the form.
4
Parent Submitted
Parent has completed and signed the declaration. Awaiting staff review.
5
Under Review
Staff reviewing the submission for accuracy and completeness.
6
Approved
Submission approved and ready for local authority claim.
7
Exported
Included in export file sent to local authority.
